BUSH LIED, THEY DIED

Well here is another Free Speech battle....

a t-shirt vendor out of Arizona has been printing t-shirts saying "BUSH LIED, THEY DIED" on the front and on the back listing countless names of U.S. Soldiers that died in Iraq. As usual this is causing a uproar from the government due to the signing of a law by Governor Rick Perry stating that names of fallen soldiers can't be used for profit unless given consent by the still living families of these soldiers.
